Yeah, that "fact" is WAAY off. I make soap for the lols at work (Chemistry teacher), 700g of fat (tallow mix) makes for about 4 bars of soap with no waste. Even a "normal" body has something like 20% fat, assuming fat tissue is at least 80% fat then 16% of the body weight is pure fat. If so then even a smallish human (50k) has enough fat in him to make 45ish bars of soap...
