#10 Millennials complaining about their parents while sitting around waiting for them to die so that they can get everything they broke their backs for in inheritance while being mad and trashing them for living and using what they broke their backs for their whole working lives. Incredibly entitled. Most of us retiring worked for everything. We didn't have inheritances (especially if you are first gen immigrant) to lean on while we took care of our parents.

Quilla, kids learn their values from their parents. If your kids are bloodsuckers like that, maybe you should have taught them to value life over money.

Martin,

I don't think Quilla was referring to him/herself. I see the same attitude from so many millennials. It's disheartening to see how disrespectful some can be, but you're right. Boomers raised them with so much self esteem and ego that they have empathy limited only to themselves.
But, karma is a b*tch and they'll find out soon enough that raising children is a thankless and difficult job. Too bad you only find this out after it's too late.

Randy,
Everyone does their best when raising children. There is no manual. Unfortunately, from my observations being soft and fuzzy with your children raises them to be selfish, self-revolved and entitled. It's sad.
