The one with the stars is a lower class Belgian girl. She said she asked for 'a' star but fell asleep (nobody believed that). Her family was angry and her uncle even showed his bottom to the camera. She got a laser-treatment to get rid of these tattoo's(probably paid by social security). I think this was about 10 years ago.

She admitted to lying and blaming the tattoo artist after parental freakout. She got half of the laser cost from said artist after the fact. Who said from then on only do work after a written consent is signed. According to Daily Telegraph/ABC news.
