#3, don't slash the tires, carry a pair of locking pliers with you, instead of slashing the tires, pull all 4 stems out with the pliers and just deflate them. the person will have to have it towed to the garage on a flat bed tow truck, have all 4 wheels taken off and broken down to put new stems in them and put back on. it will be way below the deductible and if the don't have AAA they'll have to pay for the tow. i did this once to an Ahole who pulled into a parking space near the front of the mall that i was waiting for and this was Christmas week when the parking lot was packed. the guy was driving a Mercedes and was wearing a business suit and trench coat and yelled over to me that he was in a hurry and that there were spaces "over there" which were on the other side of the parking lot. when he had gone in the door i pulled out his stems with locking pliers i had in my truck and drove over to the other side of the parking lot and waited for him to come out. i was too far away to hear him but he was freaking out and had to go back into the store to call a truck (this was before cell phones were readily available) the truck showed up. as he was talking to the tow truck driver i started beeping my horn to get his attention and when he looked over at me i just waived, he started running over but i was really far away, i got into my truck and just drove off before he got close enough to see my plate i had a huge smile all the way home
