the complex is owned by a dirtbag for sure, but it is still that dirtbags property and he/she can charge whatever they want.
if someone is willing to pay absurd amount of money to live in a sh#thole like that just so they can say they "live in the best area of the city"...their choice.

I agree he didnt need to go to internet to say sh#t about the apartament. It is a option, but was kind interesting to see how much it cost to to live in New York...
