Drinking water supply? Earthquakes? Access to Health Care? Cosa Nostra or N'Drangeta area? Work and income? To live there it takes answers to a lot of questions, not only a house. In the end, there is a reason for people leaving that place...
Apart from the renovation bonus, new locals will also get access to free kindergartens and will be freed from real estate and municipal service taxes for the next three years. If you want an already renovated house, you can buy it for just €10.
