Troina is a tiny Sicilian town that hopes to attract new people as more and more of its own citizens leave to live in big cities.

Apart from the renovation bonus, new locals will also get access to free kindergartens and will be freed from real estate and municipal service taxes for the next three years. If you want an already renovated house, you can buy it for just €10.
