#3 as long as they are filing legitimate business expenses only, this is perfectly legal and exactly how you start a business. Not sure if op is telling people to pretend their personal expenses are for business purposes though. Cause that will end you up in jail.

that is exactly what he is doing. file every $ you spend as a business expense. like a total idiot. don't mess with the IRS or your regional equivalent.
