Sheila, They do this in some American bars too. It's to save on water. As urine passes over the ice, it melts sending both liquids down the drain. It saves from each flush using far too much water for just a bit of pee. It's only done in mens rooms.

I know that the Korean people love their spam. I read that there's even a black market for it if they can't get the real kind. To impress a family of a girl they want to see, some young men will gift spam. It's hilarious and cute.
