Austin, You're wrong about #13, Bucko! There are PLENTY of places in the south located near lakes and rivers that sell gas and bait, groceries and bait, ANYTHING and bait.
I live in a small town and every establishment except the post office and bank sell bait. That includes our grocery store which also sells freshly made sandwiches and plate lunches. Just a way of life. And, there's a sign on the door that requests that you not bring your loaded pistol inside!

#27 Used cooking oil. It costs money for someone to pick it up and recycle it into dog food or bio diesel. It would also cost money to get a fatburg cleaned out of their own pipes. Make the city pay for it when there is a fatburg in the storm drain.
