Actually did something similar once. A wire in my braces had become disconnected from the back molar and was stabbing the inside of my cheek. I got out wire cutters to save my mouth from getting torn up any more. Next visit I got the royal chew out when it was there f@#k up. Until your there and your desperate a lot of things will never make sense.
