#12 Hardly. Although electrifying the car is necessary and the right way to go, there will always be ICE cars around for those with special interests, just like there are still people using horses. Even now horses are best suited for some places/tasks, and it will be the same for ICE cars. Those cases will be the exception, though; most of us have no real excuse for not going electric.
