Seems right for being on the water.

If you borrow $450,000 over 20 years it costs about $2,800 / month. I can see NO scenario where that low rent sand shed generates $33,600/year + operating costs + taxes + council fees + insurance + wear and tear + a profit of some description. Y'all have to be a fool to buy that, or maybe like living in a shed.

Alexis,

This is essentially a caravan. Which would be cheaper to buy and rent a space on water to use on a yearly basis.

Alexis,

... now its totally different story if you need to legalize some tax-free cash.

Mira,
In the end, sales of things like this always spark the possibility of money laundering because they're so ridiculous.

Perhaps we should point out that this isn't a house! its a beach hut. It is simply a personal/family shelter to enjoy some time by the water. Not designed for sleeping or being connected to services. There are thousands along the British coast and considerably cheaper too.

Hank,

There's no bathroom. So it's really just a glorified cabana.

I'd just get a pontoon boat and put that shed on it for £30,000. 360 degreee view of the water. Put a hole in the floor and a toilet over the top and wala - problem solved.

Roderick,

"Voilà" is the correct word. "Wala" isn't even a word - it's the misinterpretation of the correct word which the unwashed masses such as yourself continue to wrongly perpetuate because you have never seen it in print. Your attempt to cover up your ignorance with your "I don't like saying it" comment is absolutely laughable sm_80

Home Depot has a plastic shed pretty much like that, $2399 (£1726).
