The hardest part is starting; once you start, you will fall in love with the process. But most of all, never let anyone or anything discourage you!”Josie told us that it took her about two years to lose 145 lbs naturally. She is now on the path to becoming a bodybuilder. Fitness and wellness have become her life and goal.
