#12... I used a similar method to organize My hangers, it is complicated though as it utilizes the Hook part of the hanger and you hook it over the closet rail similar to when utilized to hold a garment, then you slide them to one end of said rail until needed

#16 that carbon monoxide detector needs to be installed low to the floor, if people are sleeping on that floor they would be dead by the time it went off
