#2 there is a reason why people use the houserules - its 100 times more fun than the actual ones. Also, rules are not ment to be taken serious, just like with most games you should adjust it to get as much fun out of it as possible.
I agree. Play any way you like, but my people are horribly competitive and would probably love the idea of an early auction when everyone has their full starting cash.
Robot is not just artificial, it is also controlled by somone else and has no free will (origin word is slave). An android is also artificial and it is not trying to FOOL you into thinking anything, although a true android has free will so it IS real (soul to be determined). A cyborg is merely an organic free will creature with synthetic parts that may or may not be removable (exosuit vs. Cochlear implant).
