First, there is no salvation for ugly without scalpel, 12, 19, 20, sorry. 13 not her fault, aging gets everybody.
All the rest should not bother with makeup, some "imperfection" add to charm.
1 would just be complete with a change of hairstyle, 5 and 8 are cute, 15 is a beauty and the makeup is a big downgrade.
Personally, some others gives a too sassy vibe 2, 16, 17.
Yes, 2 looks really beautiful but, erasing eyebrows? It tells enough.
Long story short, don't waste money on makeups, it doesn't change nothing.
Also if you are ugly, try to cover for it with some hobby and passion that fulfills you, just stop caring about getting attractive to others, I'm ugly, it works.
