You know, if a business says it's open from, say, 8 am to 9 pm, then you should expect the same good level of service regardless of the time.

Angel, I gonna take a wild guess Angel that you don't work at a place where someone comes in at the closing time and stays for...... 30 minutes, 1 hour, or more cause they don't give a damn about you, just themselves.

Can't disagree with you. I know of restaurants which "stop serving" at a particular time, before closing. I like that idea.
