I was talking about that subtile (not really!) product placement/advertisement. Mentioning Netflix to begin with and having NETFLIX perfectly placed on the TV Screen in the photos. Do you think he does sh#t like that for free? A dude who magically bought a trailer and an island...Just mentioned he might be sponsored. Sorry that you couldn´t connect the dots.
So, let me recap - spoiled brat got kicked out by his parents for being a bible freak and who knows what else, he got $70 000 just laying around for the little trailer, and enough dough for the place to put it on. Well, I guess its fine example to follow...
Judi, ya so much hate. I don’t get it. I mean he probably took out loans like most everyone else, so not sure what all the jealousy/bitterness is for. $270k is really cheap for a mortgage, at least where I’m from.
... so now in the "low" market to get such mortgage, and I highly doubt bank will mortgage the island, but I digress, even if it is mortgage for $280k-$300k his payment for 33 years would be in the $1500 per months neighborhood, with at least 20% down. So, do the math either he got un-taxable cash flow from somewhere or someone paid for most of it.

He watched a documentary on Netflix...he wasn't on it.

Where did it say he was a bible freak? All I saw was a mention about religions that practiced a minimalist lifestyle.
I am curious about all the money he had for this considering it sounds like he was squatting.
$200.000
