He's put his face out there multiple times so everyone in his group gets used to his face. He can easily identify his group in crowds by their cases without having to memorize each of their faces considering the amount of times he takes different groups throughout the year. It also doesn't help to add the bag as part of the package deal for his guiding tours. lol Pretty smart.
