#17 those look impossible to skate in, the fact that skates need to be tied snug enough around the ankle to keep the blade perpendicular to ankle to prevent the ankle from bending over and possibly braking

#1 So the modern version should be a picture of sunglasses not correction lenses.
Soldering iron
The end that the hand is holding is actually the head of the scoldering iron and it’s usually made of copper. The other end would normally have a wood handle. They put out a lot more heat than the modern ones.
