Some people go through life just looking for problems to complain about. Inevitably, they will always find a problem to complain about, whether it exists or not. In the latter case they just make it up or believe what they need to in order to justify that there is a problem so that they can complain.

Karen is definitely the one creating a hostile environment. She probably should just work from home.

#29. “Typical overarching white culture”? Racist much?! Nowhere in this post does it mention what race “Karen” is. Too many people want to pull the race card and, in this case, fabricate a negative “white culture” narrative. Shame on you for inserting your own prejudice into your comment. As Martin Luther King Jr. famously said in his “I have a dream” speech: “l look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”
