Portugal here. Never heard of #5...., but #2, #7, #8 and specially #17. Pickpocketing is in every tourist location or public transportation in Oporto and Lisbon.
Is my opinion that every scam in one europe country is repeated all over europe because 99% of scammers are from east europe and travel all around europe making a living by scaming people, so if it hapens in Spain, it hapens in Portugal and so on...
