Some hotels have lamps that can be half-lit, so if one person needs light and the other doesn’t, they can keep only their side on and less light will be directed to the person who is ready to go to sleep.

Also in Japan, on my 2 month stay i noticed men purchasing dirty panties from a machine like it was normal, my best friend (born and raised Hong Kong) while i was there told me she was constantly inappropriately touched on metros, most boys are kinda weak and more into gaming than being social/going out, and sadly a lot of people are sad/depressed because they cant meet "societies standards".
