Onnie, Yeah he survived (though barely) and is making a good recovery. he had multiple breaks to the orbital socket a badly broken nose and finger and a fragment of the gun nicked his carotid artery before lodging in his lung.

Kentucky Ballistics is the name but just type in 50 cal blows up and you'll find it. and this one wasn't stupidity on the guys part it seams like when the factory loaded the round it got a double shot of powder no way to know that till its to late. all in all the guy got real lucky he should of been killed.
