#1 Most Cell towers have multiple carriers/cell companies that lease tower space and need access to the equipment for upgrades and routine maintenance.
#14 It's a diffuser of some kind, probably for chlorine tablets for a pool.
#17 Not unexploded ordinance. Solid metal means just a bullet, no explosive because no jacket with gunpowder. If it was a missile than there would be a little concern.
#17 is not 20mm, that would be less than an inch but larger than any bullet I'm aware of and a bullet would not have that metal band around it. Look at the leaf and vegetation, it's much larger than 20mm. That is an unexploded artillery round possibly a 105. We found a few of those in Vietnam in 1970, they looked exactly like that. Definitely call emergency services. If this was found in USA, you're most likely on an old artillery firing range and there might be more of them. Don't move it, let the authorities do that.

#19 German here. You meter it that way because hot water is more expensive than cold water and you need to check the costs differently. Most Homes in Germany do not have a water heating device on their own. Hot water for Heating and Tab gets delivered via isolated pipes into your home. Its called 'Fernwärme'.
