No, it's not. I think your source is wikipedia, like mine (the numbers are the same)?
The average volume is listed as 3.4 ml, which is around 3.4g. 171mg Protein is 5% of that.

it's a nice overview in general but completely useless without the measurement of the product itself. Is it 50g, 100g of each or is it one of each? Nobody knows.

I agree. is it per 100g or kg. I don't expect single black bean to ho have 16 g of protein, 18 g of fiber and some iron.

The intro says something about .79 grams per kilogram of body weight... perhaps they mean per expected serving size of the product compared to body size???
