Then how do you explain all the shootings in Chicago every week? They have strict gun control laws yet those that don't obey the laws somehow have guns. Maybe we should just make shooting people illegal - if a law is all it takes.

Someone on reddit claimed this was taken in Ohio, usa but the photographer was using a long distance lens which distorted the tracks. I hope so for the sake of anyone riding those rails!
