Phil, What's "gros" about cleaning a spice/coffee grinder with white rice?

Neighbor's cousin was visiting from Le Mans (that's in France, Phil), took him out for a "lumberjack breakfast" where he encountered crisp bacon strips for the first time. His face lit up with the first bite; had to get two more side orders to satisfy his new passion.

Lemon slices also work beautifully for shrimp too. If you are making little pizzas, use parchment paper instead of foil. The cheese sticking won't be a problem and the pizzas will slide right off onto your plate.
