#13 in 2017 i was driving through new mexico towing my teardrop camper, it was 11:30 and i was trying to find a place to pull over because i had been driving since noon, i finally found a place to pull off and turn around.
i was in the middle of nowhere and hadn't seen another vehicle since 9:00, i shut the car off and got out to put the light on in my teardrop and waited for my eyes to adjust to the light, there was no moon.
i looked up and was in shock, i live and grew up just outside Boston and had never seen so many stars in my entire life and it freaked me out for a sec and i thought how insignificant i was at that moment
“In France, Peyo, a beautiful 15-year-old stallion, often comes to comfort and soothe terminally ill patients at the Techer Hospital in Calais. The horse always chooses which patient he wants to see, kicking his hoof outside the door.”
