#32 I'm 100% sure any blind person would be able to feel which way they are holding the card even without that little notch. They can read text in those tiny little braille points for Pete's sake!

There are now credit cards where the info on the card is no longer embossed and it just simply printed, resulting in a smooth finish with no different texture to determine which end is the correct end. So no, they may not know which way the card goes depending on what type of card they got.
