Nope. This kind of cleaning is normal where she comes from, the kitchen is build of massive stone etc. which you clean this way. She seems to be a maid in an elaborate household or new to a "western" style kitchen.

Susie, That was my first thought. But then I realized that in the long run, this could be far more effective. No one can keep that kind of pace for days at a time working alone. I know; I've dug ditches for days at a time.
