Why would they change the toilet paper roll in between guests?

#11 I don't work in the business, but even I know taht the "pretty fold" is to know whether the toilet roll has been used, and if so the toilet has been used as well. If your roll isn't folded pretty the bathroom probably hasn't been cleaned after it was used. The fold guarantees nothing, though.
"If your breakfast is included in your stay but you're leaving before breakfast start time, you can always ask the staff if they can make a little "to-go" bag with a few items in it."
