#3 This statement of inequality is moronic on so many levels. If a female engineer knows she is making less than her peer male engineers she can sue and win - hands down. Same for doctors at the same hospital, clinic, etc. CEOs, well I'm not really concerned about how much they make, male or female their pay is way out of balance from the rest of the economy. Lastly there are many more males in STEM careers than women and as that changes so will the pay gap. For now, many more women enter into low-paying service related jobs.

Cam, the wage gap exists for equally qualified people of different sex. It has nothing to do with the percentage of either sex in the industry. As a female in the tech industry, the wage gap absolutely 100% exists and suing every company isn’t the solution.

Oh, Ivy....one only has to look as far as social media and the news to see how ravenously over-stated and trumpeted your plight as a female is...meaning, there isn't a single current article out there where I see anything about wage gap anymore, but everything about how you're still a victim. The point is you and yours will NEVER surrender that mantle, and ironically, that's very sexist of you. XD

Cilla, I guess you would know best about being a woman seeing as you aren’t one. And all your comments show your hate for women, which speaks volumes about you. Leave it to a misogynist to tell a woman she doesn’t experience discrimination. But you are correct in your last sentence though. Women won’t stop fighting sexism until it doesn’t exist anymore.

If I have a trend of commenting on people like you, it's because of that and that alone, but you wasted no time trotting out 'misogynist' I see lol.
