Coco, while this is basically true (and yes, sometimes damaging!), the later "non real awd's" and also some real awd's are able to be towed like this up to 30-50km/h (~20-30mp/h)

#1 Although I agree that AWD cars should go on flatbed tow trucks, AWD owners might need to take special care to not get towed. So no illegal parking at all.
