Also, it's OK to be angry about something, but do your best to avoid directing it towards your your other half ( create code or safe words so you can take a break to cool off), this can lead to a spite spiral if the emotions are misunderstood. Plus, TELL the other person when you have any emotion you can't handle, it allows them understand, because not always are physical cues as telling as verbal ones.
