Stunt doubles or body doubles. When the star is being a star, the body double stands in the place of the star for the director to work out the shot and they don't have to pay the stars time doing nothing.

Most of these people look nothing alike.
It must’ve not been that scary for Jared Padalecki to fight with the evil guy in the Supernatural series. After all, his stunt double was always there for him.
