Roge, No it doesn't. Maybe after a heavy rain the waters are muddied, and
some of the rivers off major cities are murky....the swamps and marshes. But for the most part the Gulf is clear, as are the estuaries and tributaries. Rural rapid rivers are also pretty clear.

#32 - Your Uber driver is just making sure that he gives you everything that he can since unless he's sealed the trunk, the air from the front is passing through the back seat area before it leaves the car. If, on the other hand he has it on recirculate, then he's just blasting you with the air that he's been breathing.
