Its scary to see how numb some people are.

Many years ago, some clown parked diagonally and took up 2+ spots. I parked perpendicular to him with my front bumper a few cm from his driver’s side door.

#32 my brother is a quadriplegic. When people take up or block handicapped parking spots it is the biggest douche move ever. They are telling us that they are so self important that the rest of us don't matter. It's the same thing as using a handicapped permit when there is no one handicapped in your car. I always take a photo of the vehicle and report these violations.

Idiots blocking handicapped spots shouold be reported to the police. IF they show up, insist that a summons be given.
