27 Take it back. Ask for a refund if you think you are being ripped off. Don't put up with companies that do this. JC_doubledown

old salesman rule: It costs 15 times more energy to gain a new customer than to keep one.

If you feel scammed, vote. Vote with your feet. Walk away and buy somewhere else the next time.

Take a pic like this. post in social media. complain to the store. Tell them you won't come back again. You'll see within a year, they'll wind up shop and go away. OR start with a new name and new staff.

Except for ones like #21. Romeo just turned them all facing down. He doesn't have a girlfriend either.

It's not the fault of the store - it's the manufacturer's fault.

If I were CEO I would have these photos blown up into giant posters at the front of the auditorium full of managers and business strategists I was about to fire.

Reducing the product size by 20%, and hiding it, does not mean you increased profits by 20% - it means you just lost us 20% of our customers, forever.
