No one is walking around with scissors just in case this happens unless you're a psycho. Plus you wouldn't cut it anyway because still a bit psycho.
Just ask them to keep the hair on their side.

Nels, No. But you may have some chewing gum or some chocolate, some souce or maybe some glue or oil. Any of those work good on long hair.

#27 is near and dear to my heart. Used to live in a 2nd story apt with no apt above it so the stairs were my way home. Apartment complex kids would camp out on my stairs all summer/after school days and I had to yell at them to move every single day.
