If your kids are failing reading, turn on the TVs CC [closed caption] for everything they watch, if they ask why, tell your kids that you have bad ears and this helps you follow along. I do this with my niece and nephew after I found out they have trouble reading. I don't have kids and I do help them with their homework when I can. But this is working and they haven't complained yet.
