, you sure? The belt is snubbed by the closed door, so the pull isn't transferred to the belt reel.

, I don't see the guy pushing his car up/down a hill. I believe the concern here was for compromising the seat belt mechanism.
But if he did lose it on a slope while caught up in the belt, it would make for a great video.
