#1 The big difference is that Bezos and Branson created novelty rides that go very high for a few minutes. Musk has already developed systems that go orbital and supply the ISS. The future development of Starship will make the joyrides that Bezos and Branson just did available to the public to travel halfway around the world in less than an hour similar to a common commercial flight. My money is on Musk.
