You will get perfect fried eggs if you separate the whites from the yolks.
If you don’t like fried eggs with “snotty” yolk, don’t break the whole egg over the frying pan. First, separate the white and the yolk, then place the white on the pan. After the white fries a bit, carefully pour the yolk over it.
