99% of these claimed problems would be greatly helped by focusing on someone other than yourself. Self-fixation makes them worse. Look outside you, do something that isn't about yourself.
The best thing about ADHD and Depression mixed is that you become your own councilor because you can cover all the possible topics of recovery in a few seconds... and decide none of them are gonna work. Honestly a safe space with time to recover, and a safe person are the most effective thing.
