I mean, I work as a teacher - that is is 7hour workdays, over 9 or so months. I get paid for all 12 months of the year, provided I promise to Not do paid-work elsewhere during my vacation.
I get nearly 2 months off work during summer to travel or enjoy myself every year, a few weeks here and there during the year and about 2-3 weeks off during new years.
Once the lessonplans and the like are written (you do that Once per subject per grade) it is smoooth sailing all the way to the pension.
diy art is highly overrated. they value their time when it's the product that should bring value. any hobby store could build a mold and manufacture 1000s of these trinkets.
