#3 what this would need to sell this for to replace 150 hours of my income has convinced me to keep my job for now

Hody,

Unless he somehow got 3k € for those before tax, then it is not worth quitting over.
I mean, I work as a teacher - that is is 7hour workdays, over 9 or so months. I get paid for all 12 months of the year, provided I promise to Not do paid-work elsewhere during my vacation.

I get nearly 2 months off work during summer to travel or enjoy myself every year, a few weeks here and there during the year and about 2-3 weeks off during new years.

Once the lessonplans and the like are written (you do that Once per subject per grade) it is smoooth sailing all the way to the pension.

Hody,
diy art is highly overrated. they value their time when it's the product that should bring value. any hobby store could build a mold and manufacture 1000s of these trinkets.

Hody,
Flipping is not the same as restoring, it just means you make a profit from the transaction no improvements necessary

“I’ve spent 4 years designing this board game and just quit my engineering job to go all in.”

It’s never too late to learn something new.

“I slept through school growing up and worked my whole life in a factory, picking up 50-pound bags all day. Then I quit and entered college. If I can do it, so can you.”
