#3 what this would need to sell this for to replace 150 hours of my income has convinced me to keep my job for now

Hody,

Unless he somehow got 3k € for those before tax, then it is not worth quitting over.
I mean, I work as a teacher - that is is 7hour workdays, over 9 or so months. I get paid for all 12 months of the year, provided I promise to Not do paid-work elsewhere during my vacation.

I get nearly 2 months off work during summer to travel or enjoy myself every year, a few weeks here and there during the year and about 2-3 weeks off during new years.

Once the lessonplans and the like are written (you do that Once per subject per grade) it is smoooth sailing all the way to the pension.

Hody,
diy art is highly overrated. they value their time when it's the product that should bring value. any hobby store could build a mold and manufacture 1000s of these trinkets.

It is impressive how he can turn a boxer engine into an inline 4.

Hody,
Flipping is not the same as restoring, it just means you make a profit from the transaction no improvements necessary

“I quit my job a year ago and started flipping motorcycles, it’s become a real passion for me.”

Changing professions is really scary but also exciting.

“I’ll be 30 next month. I worked in management and law almost all my life, but I long wanted to try myself in the culinary arts. My friends and family advised me against it, so I listened to them and was scared to make this step. And then I realized that every morning of mine started with cursing and nervous breakdowns. Tomorrow is my last working day. Suddenly my CV (I’m applying for the position of a cook) became quite popular, despite my lack of experience. I decided to join a small restaurant where they are ready to hire me. Since childhood, I dreamt of wearing the uniform of a law officer, but it didn’t work out. It really brought me down. So why not try the uniform of a cook?”
