#1 Epoxy, heat, cyanoacrylate, screws, a heated piece of metal. All are vastly superior to a bandaid or double-sided tape. If the plastic is "fatty" then, outside of specialized highly glues, only physical means or heat will work at all.

#5 will not crack the bowl, not at all... If you need to cool the food for some reason, just place the metal pot into a water filled sink.

#9 any oil will work, something like WD40 will react faster and be easier to clean up afterwards.

#13 liquid soap > car product and no need to wipe anything.

If you don’t have double-sided tape, you can replace it with a band-aid.

In order to make double-sided tape from a bandaid, just roll it like in the picture above and stick it to the surface. You can connect broken toy parts or even hang a painting like this: you just need more band-aid pieces.

The author of this article has used this trick in art school and still uses it today.
