#18 I had a friend that worked at Circuit City, he said they also changed the way they pay their employees, instead of commissions on selling tv's, pc's, etc. they paid on the extended warranties they sold. It may not have been a big factor but I bet a lot of people avoided the store because of the hard sell on the warranty.
#21 Microsoft bought out Skype, it's loaded with Windows 10. Now they have Teams and are killing Skype for Business to force businesses and schools to use Teams. Skype Personal will still be available for a while.
